Baking isn’t just a hobby; it’s my soul’s sweet escape. For more than half a decade, I’ve been on a delightful journey, whisking, folding, and sprinkling magic into every cake I create. My cakes begin with only the highest quality of ingredients from flour (regular, whole wheat or almond), the best organic velvety butter, premium cocoa and the finest Belgian chocolates. My cakes burst with real fruits and compote to make each bite a delight. Traditionally my cakes are 3 layer cakes with 2 layers of filling in between.
